Doing together a training is lowering barriers and creates a lot of interaction. This interaction manifests itself in communication arises which call for action. We use this method in our training days to allow teams and individuals to experience how people communicate and how effectively and efficiently working together can be. This awareness is necessary to let them see how people actually communicate. Experience shows that the perception on your own way of communicating not always correspond with how colleagues experience this communication. This can lead to misunderstandings and incomprehension inefficiency. A team training can certainly help to clarify and improve communication.
